UP Account
When you sign up as a member to one of our games, you'll create an UP Account. Your UP Account is used universally between all of our games. You can log in to any device with your UP Account and your game progress and purchases will be restored. While each game has their own statistics, some features are shared throughout each game you play.
Here is an explanation of the features your UP Account will automatically store for you:
Profile and Avatar
Your profile contains your community user name and a personal avatar that will be shown on every game. They are completely customizable, or you can have it randomly generated for you.
Scores and Leaderboards
Scores and Leaderboards are separate for each game. For example, if you have a score of 100,000 on Sokoban Online, you can have a score of 50,000 on Mimic Mimic. Likewise, you could be Rank #1 on Sokoban Online but could be Rank #100 on Mimic Mimic.
Game Progress
Keep your trophies and game progress stored on your UP Account. If you need to take a break in the middle of a puzzle or level, simply exit the game and pick up where you left off on any device.
Purchases
Any purchase such as an Adventure Bundle or Add-on Content will be stored on your UP Account.
Recover your account
If you've lost access to your account, you can start the recovery procedure. To start this procedure you'll need to remember your community username or the email address you used when you registered.
If you don't remember your community username and also no longer have access to the email address you used when you registered, please contact our support staff and we'll help.
